I am having trouble viewing your website.

Our website, www.givingUSAreports.org, is compatible with the following internet browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 8 and 9
  • Safari  5+
  • Firefox 13+


If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or 9, please make sure your browser’s compatibility view is turned off by going to Tools > Compatibility View.


I see a blank screen upon payment. How do I view my purchase?

Your purchases will be accessible via download links viewable under “My Account.” Either view your receipt for the product or click “Digital goods” to view a list of links for your purchased products.


Why can't I access my old purchases? Why is my username unrecognized?

When Giving USA's new website launched on June 19, 2012, prior user information did not transfer from the old site. You will need to create a completely new user account. In May 2012, all Giving USA customers since 2012 were notified that they would need to save all previously purchased reports and presentations prior to June 1, 2012 in preparation for the website launch. If you did not and you want access to your previously purchased products, please contact cphlgusa@iupui.edu.

Giving USA Full Report and Full Report Package

After payment you will be automatically directed to a link from which to access the  report. To navigate back to the link, log in and click “View Receipt” under My Account. The Full Report is available to be printed or saved to your desktop in PDF format. The Giving USA Full Report paperback book, available in 2013, will be mailed to you within 2 weeks of purchase. Please allow additional time in the first few weeks after the Giving USA launch date on June 18, 2013. Note that the printed book is shipped via UPS and will be left at the door if no one is home. If you will be away for an extended time during the shipping period and wish to have your delivery delayed, please contact Customer Service.

Giving USA Report Highlights

After payment you will be automatically directed to a link from which to access the report Highlights. To navigate back to the link, log in and click “View Receipt” under My Account. The report Highlights is available to be printed or saved to your desktop in PDF format.

Giving USA PowerPoint Presentation Package

After payment you will be automatically directed to a link from which to download the PowerPoint. To navigate back to the link, log in and click “View Receipt” under My Account or click on the “Digital Goods” link to the right of your receipt list for a list of your downloadable purchases. In 2013, the PowerPoint Package includes two PowerPoints, a long and short version. The PowerPoint Presentation is only available to download 5 times. Please save it to your computer.

Giving USA Graph Pack

After payment of the report package, you will be automatically directed to a link from which to download the Graph Pack. The Graph Pack is in PowerPoint format. To navigate back to the link, log in and click “View Receipt” under My Account or click on the “Digital Goods” link to the right of your receipt list for a list of your downloadable purchases. The Graph Pack is only available to download 5 times. Please save it to your computer.

Giving USA Data Tables

After payment you will be automatically directed to a link from which to download the Data Tables. To navigate back to the link, log in and click “View Receipt” under My Account or click on the “Digital Goods” link to the right of your receipt list for a list of your downloadable purchases. The Data Tables are in pdf format and are only available to download 5 times. Please save them to your computer.

Giving USA Spotlights

After payment you will be automatically directed to a link from which to download the Spotlight. To navigate back to the link, log in and click “View Receipt” under My Account or click on the “Digital Goods” link to the right of your receipt list for a list of your downloadable purchases. The Spotlights are in pdf format and are only available to download 5 times. Please save them to your computer.
