I am having trouble viewing your site.

Givingusareports.org is compatible with the following internet browsers:
Internet Explorer 8 and 9
Safari  5
Firefox 13

If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or 9 please make sure your browser’s compatibility view is turned off by going to Tools > Compatibility View.

I received a blank screen upon payment. How do I view my purchase?

Your purchases will be accessible via download links viewable under “My Account.” Either view your receipt for the product or click “Digital goods” to view a list of links for your purchased products.

I receive a login credential error when trying to view the Executive Summary or Full Report.

Please contact cphlgusa@iupui.edu to have your password reset.

I can access the Executive Summary or Full Report, but I cannot print.

The Executive Summary and Full Report are allowed a maximum of five prints. If you have not exceeded this limit and are still unable to print, please contact cphlgusa@iupui.edu.
